Network Spinal Care

Network Spinal also known as Network Spinal Analysis, NSA, and Network Chiropractic is an evidenced-based approach to wellness and body awareness. Gentle, precise touches to the spine cues the brain to create new wellness promoting strategies. With Network Spinal Care the focus is on reducing tension and improving function within the nervous system and creating long term upgraded strategies for brain-body communication. This is accomplished through the application of light touch contacts to specific points along the spine, called spinal gateways primarily in the upper neck (cervical) and lower spine (sacral) regions. This process is called an Entrainment and it differs from traditional chiropractic adjustments in that no force is used to correct spinal misalignments.

What is an Entrainment?

An entrainment is a Network Spinal chiropractic “adjustment.” Network practitioners use the word entrainment to describe not only the light touch spinal treatment but how all parts of you (body, mind, and spirit) synchronize and work together in harmony to heal.

Network Spinal was developed by Dr. Donald Epstein in 1987 and has been studied for decades as an approach to wellness, self-awareness, and quality of life.

One large retrospective study included more than 2,000 Network patients from 156 practices in the U.S. and abroad. Among those surveyed, 76% reported improvements in all areas assessed, including physical and emotional well-being, stress response, life enjoyment, and overall quality of life.
